Hi, I'm Molly! I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Essential Oil Educator and the owner of Nourish to Live located in Annapolis, MD.

I began changing my lifestyle in 2011 almost by accident. I began noticing that when I ate better, I felt better so I set out to learn more about healthy eating! Instead of trying to navigate all of the information on the internet, I contacted a local Health Coach who a friend had recommended. I intended on having a one hour consultation with her to gather as much information as I could and be on my way. However, by the end of our conversation, I ended up wanting to sign up for her program so that I could continue to learn. As the months went on, not only was I feeling better about my food choices, I was making other positive changes as well.  Throughout this experience, I began developing a passion for healthy living and found myself wanting to learn more and more! One day my Health Coach asked me if I would be interested in attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she had received her certification. I knew that it would be a big commitment but that I would be able to improve my own life and possibly many others using the knowledge I would gain. It wasn't long after the program began that I decided that I wanted to pursue this as a career because I felt so passionate about what I was learning. I have continued my education and additionally, working with my Integrative Nutrition mentor and other Health Coaches, began studying the use of Essential Oils to support overall health.  In 2014, I opened Nourish to Live to support anyone who would like to bring more nourishment into their lives!
